Face- Lift

I'm feeling a little restless this week and wanted to find out if anyone could help me update my look. I'm sure I need to start with a complete overhaul, but I specifically mean the look of my blog. I've run the gammit of the templates on Blogger and just wonder if there is another way.

Anyone able to help?
